1. General

Welcome to Court Essential! These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and use of our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

Court Essential reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. We recommend reviewing them regularly to stay informed of any changes.

2. Products and Availability

We aim to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different due to individual screen settings. All items are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you promptly with suitable alternatives or a refund option.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Additional delivery fees and taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • iDEAL

All payments are processed securely via encrypted systems.

4. Delivery

We offer international delivery, including to the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 5–12 working days

  • International: 5–12 working days

A tracking link will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. We are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. However, we offer an extended return window of 30 days.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.
Please note: original delivery charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, images, logos, and written material — is the intellectual property of Court Essential or its licensors. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Court Essential is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information only for order processing, delivery, and customer service purposes. We will never sell or share your data with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. delivery services).
